The experience of Cantiero was born in this way, back in 1949, to transform, over time, the shop in a modern company, recognizable brand, nationally and internationally, the testimony of a classic production that takes into account modern needs.

The classic style is revisited by Cantiero with new shapes and colors, evidence of aesthetic and technological innovation, despite the continuity of an approach that is respectful of the concept of craftsmanship and tailoring of the final product.

Among the novelties that we will see in preview at the Salone del Mobile, we point out the collection Electra, which is clearly inspired by the style of the '40s and '50s: classic shapes in a modern way, with an eye to amore trendy design.

The collection Electra, as all productions by Cantiero, is made entirely of wood, in particular in solid American walnut. The collection includes complete solutions for the living room, the bedroom and the study.

The finish is with oil, with the ability to customize the product. It is also available in lacquered finish in various colors or with the possibility of combinations, as in wall units, including elements made of solid wood lacquered or natural floors with inlay finished in natural oil.

Salone del Mobile 2014 modern furniture in solid wood

Born from a smart intuition, that is to carry forward the ancient experience of the family declining it according to modern stylistic dictates, while maintaining the high quality workmanship and choice of materials, as well as the formal refinement choices.

The family business is still Cantiero, which saw the birth, some time ago, of the new brand Dale, edited by the new generation: innovative ideas that take into account the stylistic dictates of the contemporary Interior Design.

The primary objective is to leverage the know-how of the main company acquired over the years to produce exclusive collections created with the traditional techniques of skilled cabinet makers and wood carvers, which combine advanced production technologies.

In view of the upcoming Salone del Mobile, Dale presents a preview of the bed P-120, made of walnut wood with natural gray finish and minimal design. The headboard is a choice, simple or with a soft cushion decorated with French fabrics. P-120 is available in two versions for network 160 or 180 cm wide.

Also the table B-180 is new, also in solid walnut wood, with a very unique feature: it uses whole axle nut and holds the shape of the plant on the sides of the table. The base is made in rusty iron finish and creates a curious contrast of materials and style. B-180 is available in various lengths up to 3 meters.

Cupboard A-141 is composed of a structure veneered in walnut with 3 doors in solid antique oak wood.

This wood is very precious and has a centuries-old history, because it is recovered from old barrels or from storic mountain farms. A-141 measures 215x50x93 cm.

At the Salone del Mobile 2014, new upholstered beds

Even for the sleeping area there are novelties that we will see at the next Salone del Mobile. The collection of Shabby Chic Noctis is a perfect stylish synthesis between charming typically French and Italian creativity of high quality.

It is an unprecedented program consisting of 9 beds, whose characteristic is to ensure the maximum comfort, and a complete line of coordinated linens and pillows, all carefully crafted in every detail.

The Shabby Chic bed collection is clearly inspired by traditional romantic, reinterpreted in a modern key: the forms are enveloping the type of processes are tailored with lace and embroidery can also be personalized, which gives a very sophisticated lightness.

Even the names of the beds evoke a gentle and pure romanticism: Amelie, Chloe, Chloe Romantic, Joy Rose, Lyon, Sophie, Lullaby chic, Lullaby chic Trapuntato. Each of these models has its own formal identity, but all are united by stylistic elegance that is typical of the style of Provence.

The covers are made of cotton and linen, with a color palette that ranges from pure white to pastel shades with a vintage flavor. The bedding recommended by Noctis for this collection consists of 2 pillowcases, 1 bag with zipper or pocket for duvet and mattress cover with elastic, coordinated with the covers of the beds.

In addition, the pillows are also available, coordinated, in various versions, from the minimal to the richer ones with lace and frills, typical of the French tradition. All covers of the beds and the pillows are completely removable and washable according to the instructions on the label.

News also from the collections of beds Bontempi Casa Design, recently acquired by Noctis brand. The new bed is called Malou and is distinguished by its elegant and refined lines and soft volumes.

The bed Malou creates a so-called nesting effect, with the ability to switch from a position of relax to another one more suitable for reading, thanks to a movement of the cushion.
