When to use partitions

There are several ways to divide the rooms of a house. The most traditional one is by using separation walls between a room and the other, connected by doors .

But the latest trends in the interior design seek to change environments without creating fractures, but rather emphasizing continuity.
For those who wish, therefore, to have wide-ranging environments, with functional subdivisions, but not so clear, at least for part of the house, an effective solution can be to use partitions.

This solution can be used, for example, to create separations between the various spaces of the living area (kitchen, dining and seating area for conversation), without clearly dividing them, but making sure that each area has its own identity. In this way the kitchen may be not in sight, but at the same time not be completely closed.

The company Caimi has in the catalogue Archimede, a modular system of dividers extremely flexible and configurable at will.

The elements that compose it are made of struts and crosspieces, realized in steel and polycarbonate, which are assembled together thanks to patented joints made of aluminum and steel which are assembled to disappeare.

The two versions are Soft Wall SW 100, which measures 100 x 16 cm to 190 cm in height, and Soft Wall SW 200 instead which measures 200 x 16 cm to 190 cm in height.
